Mediation Services

Certified by Resolve Consultancy, Steve has completed the Intensive Basic Mediation Training course and offers mediation between co-workers to resolve workplace issues in a confidential, non-judgemental and reflective manner. 

 We are an impartial third-party, assisting disputing co-workers in discovering mutually acceptable solutions. Our mediation is both voluntary and confidential. 

Utilising a professional mediation methodology, we engage with co-workers who are struggling with conflict in the workplace. We specialise in services for small to medium-sized businesses, and due to our low overheads, we charge minimal fees for our mediation service, making it ideal for small companies.

Mediation is charged at $900 (ex GST) per session.
